Rick Williams discusses his book “Create the Future” and tools for more powerful decision-making. Rick is a widely published author and speaker specializing in leadership and decision-making. He began his career as a physicist developing space- and defense-related systems. Then, after graduating Harvard Business School, Rick joined the global consulting firm Arthur D. Little, Inc., where he worked on business strategy and acquisitions, and the economic and strategic impact of government policy and regulations.
